Meet the lovely Sara and Stephen. These two met working at Nordstrom and fell in love. How great is fashion + a sweet love story! Jordan and I had such an amazing time photographing this wedding! Sara and Stephen are the type of people you don’t have to know long before you feel like you are friends. They are so sweet and their wedding was a reflection of the beauty of their story! McMenamins Grand Lodge didn’t hurt anything either. Such a lovely setting!

Meet Megan and Trevor. I have to say that it was truly an honor to be able to capture and tell this story. Megan and Trevor are one of those couples that one feels honored and blessed to know. The first time I met Megan, she made me feel like we had always been friends. I knew in that moment that I had to photograph her wedding! They have the sweetest little son named Micah (what a doll!!). I loved watching this little family and the way they celebrated their day together!
I also have to mention that Megan is an incredible poet and performed an amazing spoken word during their reception. It brought me to tears that day, and did again when I watched the video (which you can view here). So check it out!

My brother is one of my very best friends. I have so many memories of the two of us growing up that I hold so dear. I can’t believe he is married! I couldn’t be happier for him, and I love my new sister, Juliette, so much! I seriously have to fight tears every time I look at this wedding. This is the sweetest couple in the world. For real. I am so blessed to call them family! I miss them everyday.
They live near Sydney Australia, and their wedding was held in the Hunter Valley wine country north of Sydney. It is a beautiful place. The weather was beautiful every day… except for the day of the wedding! It poured rain all morning. But, right as we pulled up to the venue for the ceremony, the sun came out and it smiled on them for the rest of the day. Such a beautiful gift. The whole trip was so much fun! We had family and friends from the US, Australia, Abu Dhabi, Norway, Germany, England, Switzerland and more. I am so thankful that we were able to be part of this wedding even though it was on the other side of the world. I am so thankful for planes, skype, whatsapp, facebook and twitter that keep me connected to this beautiful couple!!
Adam and Juliette, we love you very much and wish you all the happiness in the world! We know that God is using you where you are, and that he has amazing things in store for you wherever he leads you. Congratulations!
Well, I promised you more photos from Australia, so here is an engagement shoot we did down there. Ali and Nate are a super sweet and fun couple. We had so much fun hanging out with them and shooting their engagement photos! I can’t tell you how amazing it is to meet so many different people from all over the world and take photos of them. We are so blessed to do what we do! It is people like Ali and Nate who make it so much fun!
This is one amazing couple. Not only are they beautiful, but they are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Jordan and I have been so blessed this year with the amazing couples we have had the privilege of photographing. The first time we met Helen and Joe, we knew we wanted to shoot their wedding. There was an instant connection, and we know that there was something so special about them. We are so thankful that they chose us and that we were able to be part of their beautiful wedding.
